Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in formulation development, specifically in parenteral/ injectable products
Key Responsibilities for Executive Job Role
- Conduct development activities for all parenteral products
- Prepare and review MFR for exhibit batches
- Indent raw materials, RLD, packaging materials, and development needs
- Prepare and review study protocols for exhibit batches
- Review specifications for API, excipients, in-process and finished products, shelf life, and packaging materials
- Review BMR and BPR for exhibit batches
- Support Regulatory Affairs for ANDA submissions and respond to CMC queries
- Prepare and review PDR and submission documentation for ANDA
- Prepare SOPs and study protocols for product development
- Review GMP documentation as required
Skills Required for Executive Job Role
- Strong understanding of parenteral product development
- Knowledge of regulatory submission requirements (ANDA)
- Experience with documentation: MFR, BMR, BPR, PDR
- Proficiency in GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical development practices
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
