Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain accurate scientific content, including narratives, MSL resources, visual presentations, FAQs, and communication materials.
- Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals with scientifically balanced answers.
- Align medical content with strategic priorities, industry standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct literature reviews to identify relevant scientific evidence and ensure appropriate copyright usage.
- Translate complex data into clear, audience-appropriate messaging supporting therapeutic goals and educational initiatives.
- Conduct medical accuracy reviews of scientific content.
- Improve operational processes to boost efficiency, quality, and turnaround times.
- Integrate digital solutions for scalable scientific communication.
- Contribute to strategic medical planning and deliverables tied to product launches, data updates, and congress support.
- Lead or participate in workstreams related to scientific content creation, medical information services, or digital innovation projects.
Educational Qualification

Advanced degree in Pharmacy
Skills Required
- Experience with medical information systems and content platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault).
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, EFPIA, IFPMA) and fair balance principles.
- Ability to design and oversee visual storytelling (infographics, data visualizations).
- Support congress activities, symposia, and data dissemination plans.
- Proficiency in operational KPIs and analytics dashboards.
- Agile, cross-functional working style with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
