Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.
Main Responsibilities for Analyst Job Role:
Overall Purpose & Core Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of organizational data.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, redundancies, and quality issues.
- Maintain requirements documents, business rules and metadata.
- Collaborate across departments to streamline data processes, implement governance frameworks, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making.
People Responsibilities
- Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders within the allocated GBU and tasks – with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement.
- Actively lead and develop SBO operations associates and ensure new technologies are leveraged.
- Initiate the contracting process and related documents within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders for project planning, setting up the timelines and maintaining budget.
Performance Responsibilities
- Refresh existing reports and identify improvement opportunities in reporting and BI tools.
- Create dashboards to synthesize and visualize key information for business decisions.
- Developing deal tracking analytics and reporting capabilities is essential for Analyst Job role
- Enhance data access across sources with Digital teams.
- Collect, organize, and maintain datasets for accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor ETL pipelines and ensure smooth data flow.
- Enforce data quality standards and governance policies.
- Analyze data for trends, patterns, and insights.
- Build dashboards using Tableau, Power BI.
- Provide ad hoc analytics support.
- Performance indicators: Adherence to timeline, quality target.
Process Responsibilities
- Support project delivery in terms of resourcing, coordination, quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and operational risk controls is essential for Analyst Job role.
- Refresh reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual cycles with QC checks.
- Work cross-functionally to gather requirements and generate meaningful insights.
Stakeholder Responsibilities

Experience:

3+ years of experience in pharma data management, tender data management, data governance, and data stewardship.

Expertise in IQVIA, APLD, SFMC, Google Analytics, execution data, etc.

- Strong in AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, Python, Informatica
- Knowledge of IQVIA & Veeva
- Familiar with pharma commercial operations
- Experience with Power BI, VBA, Alteryx
- Strong in analytics, automation, and statistical techniques
Education:
Advanced degree in Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/Business Analytics (PhD/MBA/Masters)
Languages for Analyst Job Role:
Excellent knowledge of English – written and spoken
