    Sanofi is hiring an Analyst – Capabilities and Operations for its Hyderabad Hub. This Analyst Job is part of the newly established Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization, designed to drive commercial excellence and omnichannel engagement. The Analyst will be responsible for optimizing Customer Experience (CX), tracking customer journeys via OneCRM/SFMC, and leveraging AI-driven insights to support Sanofi’s modernization and “One Sanofi” approach.

As a new phase of the Play-To-Win strategy, funding this pipeline and new launches is key to materializing the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. Thus, as we enter the next phase, modernization of Sanofi is required as per the recent announcements on DRIVE, and in this respect, we are in the beginning stages of organizing the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team at a global level.

    Job responsibilities

    • Ensuring a customer-centric approach and consistent customer experience (CX) across touchpoints and the customer journey.
    • Track customer journeys, interactions across channels, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
    • Identify required omnichannel skills per role, perform CX assessments, and educate the field force using generated insights.
    • Analyse KPI’s vs engagement strategy and user experience provided.
    • Understand customer needs and improve interactions.
    • Identify pain points in customer experience and lead high-impact projects for improvement.
    • Engage teams in co-creating customer experiences.
    • Support strategy aligned with global priorities, focusing on omnichannel operations and customer experience optimization.
    • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders withinthe  GTMC pillar.
    • Recommend process improvements and communicate effectively to improve productivity.
    • Monitor compliance, collate metrics, and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Work with GTMC and Omnichannel teams to identify skills and plans.

    Requirements

    Education: A bachelor’s degree in life sciences is required. Additionally, a relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in pharmacy or a similar discipline is desirable for the Pharmacy Job.

    Experience: 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. 1-2 years in customer-facing or digital marketing roles preferred.

    Soft skills: Stakeholder management, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Technical skills: Project management support, proficiency in digital tools, and experience with social media or data platforms are desirable.
