Educational Requirements for Analyst Job Role

Master’s degree In Pharmacy
Experience Required
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HEOR economic modelling
- Experience preferred in pharmaceutical industry
Key Responsibilities
- Support cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and other economic analyses under senior HE modeller guidance
- Conduct systematic literature searches and assist with data extraction from clinical, economic, and epidemiology studies
- Assist in building, updating, and maintaining health economic and decision-analytic models
- Preparing model inputs, run analyses, and document assumptions, methods, and results is required for Analyst Job role
- Contribute to evidence synthesis, summary tables, and technical report sections
- Support value-for-money assessments incorporating clinical, economic, societal, and patient-centric perspectives
- Maintain accurate data records and documentation related to modelling activities
- Assist in preparing slide decks, technical reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with epidemiologists, market access experts, project managers, and project leads
- Proactively flag risks to timelines or deliverables
- Support communication with clients and internal stakeholders, when required
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of health economic concepts, HTA, decision modelling, and epidemiology is essential for Analyst Job role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and structured spreadsheets
- VBA programming experience (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of R and/or Python preferred
- Strong data handling skills: cleaning, analysis, interpretation, and presentation
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams
