Key Responsibilities for an Analyst Job
- Method development, method validation, method transfer, and R&D stability studies
- Hands-on development and validation of assay and related substances methods for drug substance and drug product
- Operation and handling of HPLC, UPLC (Empower-3), GC, UV-visible spectrophotometer, balances, potentiometer, and particulate matter analysis instruments
- Calibration and qualification of analytical instruments is essential for this Analyst Job role
- Preparation and review of raw data sheets, instrument operating procedures, and SOPs
- Handling of QMS activities such as incidents, OOS, deviations, and change control
- Procurement and inventory maintenance of pharmacopeial standards, chemicals, reagents, and consumables
- Adherence to GxP, safety procedures, and internal SOPs
- Compliance with Syngene quality standards and safety guidelines
- Completion of mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety
- Governance and review of safety metrics
Skills Required for an Analyst Job
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC/UHPLC, GC, UV-visible spectrophotometer, potentiometer, and particulate matter analysis techniques
- Theoretical knowledge of chromatography and spectroscopy
- Good documentation and laboratory practices including ALCOA+
- Knowledge of QMS systems and quality standards
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Good communication skills and professional email etiquette
- Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and teamwork abilities
