Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Pharma discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data stewardship for monthly and quarterly Master Data Management processes
- Maintain data and business rules based on pharma market knowledge and client requirements
- Deliver error-free monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders
- Conduct rapid ad-hoc analysis to address senior management queries
- Create new analyses and visualizations using Microsoft Office, Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Tableau
- Build strong client communication channels and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Share ideas with clients for continuous process improvement
- Build and strengthen client relationships
- Lead or support teams to ensure timely delivery and address data quality issues such as gaps or biases
- Identify data quality impacts on reporting and analytics outputs
Skills Required
- Experience working with pharma datasets and therapy areas
- Proficiency in Excel/VBA and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
- Knowledge of database tools such as SSMS and MySQL
- Experience with IQVIA datasets (MIDAS, Prescription Data, Channel Dynamics, Evaluate Pharma)
- Data analysis skills using SQL, Python, and R
- Strong data visualization and automation expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Problem-solving ability and proactive “can-do” attitude
