Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Pharmacy at CT Group of Institutions, located in Jalandhar I. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, guiding students in practical laboratory sessions, and mentoring them in their academic and research pursuits. Responsibilities also include designing and developing pharmacy curriculum, evaluating student performance, and participating in academic development activities such as seminars, conferences, and workshops.
Qualifications for the Pharmacy Job
- Expertise in Pharmaceutical Sciences, including Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Pharmaceutics
- Strong teaching skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions
- Research skills, including the ability to guide student projects and engage in independent or collaborative research
- Proficiency in academic development activities, such as curriculum development and participation in seminars
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- A Master’s or Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related discipline
- Previous teaching or research experience is an advantage
