Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the Pharm.D. program located at CT Group of Institutions, Jalandhar I. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching and mentoring graduate and postgraduate students, developing and delivering curriculum in Pharmacy-related subjects, and conducting research and scholarly activities. Additional responsibilities include preparing course materials, evaluating and assessing student performance, participating in academic administration, supervising projects, and contributing to departmental development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in pharmaceutical sciences and relevant topics, with a proven ability to teach and facilitate learning effectively.
- Strong background in research, including conducting studies, publishing papers, and staying updated with advancements in pharmaceutical studies.
- Skills in teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and student mentorship.
- Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Pharm.D. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution; Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous teaching experience in higher education is preferred.
