Key Responsibilities:
- Support healthcare operations related to Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)
- Assist in processing and managing prescription drug program operations
- Understand payer workflows, formulary management, and pharmacy contracting processes
- Support prescription drug claims processing and issue resolution
- Follow standard operating procedures and general guidelines to solve routine issues
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accuracy and quality in daily operational tasks
- Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and compliance requirements
- Work as an individual contributor within a structured team environment
- Be flexible to work in rotational and night shifts as per business needs
