Educational Requirements

Any Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities
- Process and translate individual case safety reports (ICSRs) accurately into English
- Conduct Japan-specific regulatory submissions as per Japan Health Authority (HA) requirements
- Enter and QC case data in client platforms
- Perform case corrections, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement CAPA as needed
- Ensure compliance with Accenture and client business policies, SLAs, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate issues when needed
- Adapt to learn new processes and flexible working shifts
Skills Required
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations and case processing
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Basic Japanese proficiency (JLPT N5 or above)
- Good English communication (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable
- Ability to work independently and within a team
