Job Details
- Manage end-to-end project timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate team meetings and track decisions/action items
- Build dashboards and reports to track data quality and KPIs
- Coordinate congress planning and execution activities
- Support publication and other scientific communication deliverables
- Partner with US-based publication planning teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support tool enhancements
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards

Educational Requirements for Associate Job Role:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
OR - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field + 1.5 years industry experience
OR - Associate degree + 3 years industry experience
Key Responsibilities for Associate Job Role:
- Support project planning and execution for scientific communications
- Drive compliance with Amgen SOPs and regulatory standards
- Facilitate communication across global cross-functional teams
- Build dashboards, reports, and support congress execution
- Maintain publication and congress workflows and documentation
- Support automation, tool testing, and process improvement initiatives
Skills Required for Associate Job Role:
- 3+ years project management experience (preferred)
- Experience in scientific writing, publications, or medical communications
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Veeva Vault & publication tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Miro, Planner
- Strong communication, stakeholder handling & cross-timezone collaboration
- Understanding of compliance in regulated environments
- Ability to work independently and in matrixed global teams
