Educational Requirements for Associate Job Role:

Key Responsibilities for Associate Job Role:
- Onboarding new/updated forecast model sections to the platform
- Updating/creating BI & PowerPoint reports
- Setting up new OSS data pipelines
- Owning taxonomy updates and getting approvals from GIBEx/GA&I leads
- Managing synonym lists with IP&C
- Conducting UAT for platform version upgrades
- Training new users and resolving implementation challenges
- Providing feedback on platform enhancements and optimizations
Skills Required for Associate Job Role:
- Excellent Excel skills
- Understanding of forecasting principles (patient-based/trending/patient-flow)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with BI platforms, PowerPoint, visualization
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting, AI/ML (preferred)
