Educational Requirements for Associate Job Role:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related fields + 2–3 years safety experience

BS/BA with 2–3 years safety experience

MA/MS/PharmD with 1–2 years safety experience

Associate Degree with 4–5 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience)

Non-degree with 5–6 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience)

Equivalent experience may be considered by Fortrea
Safety Experience for Associate Job Includes

AE/SAE case processing

Narrative writing
-
Query handling
-
Working in safety databases

Regulatory submission experience
Relevant Experience Includes

Pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO operations in Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Entry, Monitoring, Regulatory Affairs, or QA.
Key Responsibilities for Associate Job Role:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls in French and English
- Document medical information and safety data accurately
- Handle product quality complaints
