Introduction of the Job
The Associate – Manufacturing Compliance role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, maintaining risk-based quality processes, and supporting manufacturing excellence within a sterile injectable facility.
Job Details for Associate Job Role:
- Prepare and maintain Quality Risk Assessments
- Track mitigation plans and close identified risks
- Prepare, review, approve MMRs and MPRs
- Ensure documentation meets GDP and ALCOA principles
- Initiate and manage Change Control Forms
- Update procedures and track action items
- Prepare audit responses and propose CAPAs
- Track CAPA implementation
- Support investigations and commitments
- Review and approve SOPs, job aids, SOJTs
- Manage classified area access
- Review alarm, conductivity, NVPC, APQR reports
- Assess PQS, CAS, compendial requirements
- Establish environmental monitoring levels
- Review cross-contamination strategy and PCER documents
- Deliver ILT training
- Participate in regulatory and RQA audits
- Ensure document management compliance

Educational Requirements for Associate Job Role:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing or QA
- Understanding of USFDA requirements
- Knowledge of sterile injectable operations, cGMP, validation, statistics
