About the Company:
Rubicon is a pharmaceutical manufacturer committed to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The QC function ensures all raw materials, in-process items, and finished products meet specifications through rigorous analytical testing and laboratory practices.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy
- Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental testing of raw materials, packaging materials, water, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples
- Conduct instrument calibration and working standard qualification
- Ensure compliance with GLP and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards
- Execute tasks assigned by supervisors
- Maintain accurate documentation and test records
- Support laboratory operations across Solid Oral, Nasal, and Liquid dosage forms
Skills Required:
- Basic theoretical knowledge of UV spectrophotometer, IR, analytical balance, Karl Fischer titration, pH & conductivity meters, TOC, DT
- Awareness of wet chemistry and chemical testing
- Basic understanding of HPLC (preferred)
- Ability to perform analyses with minimal supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel to plant locations if required
