Key Responsibilities
Evidence Synthesis & Research Execution
- Execute Evidence Synthesis projects including search strategy development, screening, and data extraction.
- Support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch research for investigational and marketed drugs.
- Conduct burden-of-illness studies, literature reviews, meta-analyses, and economic evaluations.
- Support patient-reported outcomes research and maintain therapeutic area expertise.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential for Associate Job role.
- Collaborate with global HEVA/Medical teams across time zones.
- Assist in the development of core value dossiers (CVD) and Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers.
Process & Compliance
- Assist in developing strategic evidence materials, templates, and processes.
- Ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines and scientific standards.
- Support dissemination of evidence for HEVA/Medical value identification and reimbursement decisions.
Skills Required for Associate Job
- 3+ years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) in Pharma, CRO, or academia
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical skills to translate clinical and economic data into payer strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken
