Educational Requirements for Associate Job Role

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities
- Support intake, triage, and documentation of adverse events (AEs) using Veeva Vault Safety
- Conduct duplicate checks to prevent redundant case processing
- Escalate potentially serious AE cases to management promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather complete AE information
- Assist in AE case narratives, causality assessments, and regulatory submissions under supervision
- Ensuring compliance with global AE reporting requirements and timelines is required for this Associate Job role
- Maintain accurate records and assist in documentation archiving
- Support database configuration, user testing, and validation updates
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and R&D teams for data alignment
- Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Support weekly and monthly safety data reconciliations
- Contribute to process improvements and system efficiency
- Demonstrate flexibility in taking on additional activities as assigned
