Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities
- Lead intake, triage, and documentation of adverse event cases using Veeva Vault Safety
- Perform advanced case assessments including causality and seriousness evaluation
- Ensure timely escalation and regulatory reporting of serious adverse events
- Conduct duplicate checks and data quality reviews for safety data accuracy
- Maintaining compliance with global AE reporting requirements and internal SOPs is essential for Associate Job role
- Support configuration, testing, and validation of pharmacovigilance database updates
- Identify and implement process improvements within GMV operations
- Conduct audits, reconciliations, and maintain audit readiness of safety records
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, R&D, and external partners
- Mentor junior team members and manage CAPAs related to safety operations
- Generate safety reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses
- Support regulatory submissions and safety summaries
Skills Required for Associate Job Role
- Pharmacovigilance and market vigilance operations
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Safety
- Knowledge of global AE reporting standards (MedWatch, CIOMS)
- MedDRA coding and safety data analysis
- Regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
