Job Description
In this role, you will be part of the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing team, focusing on both oncology and non-oncology products. You will operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment used in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, Blister Packing, and Bottle Packing lines. Candidates are expected to monitor processes, maintain documentation as per regulatory standards, and ensure consistent product quality. Operators & Supervisors – OSD Production & Packing (Onco & Non-Onco)
Experience: 0-8 years (Freshers graduated in 2024/25 are eligible)
Qualification: I.T.I / Diploma / B. Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment in Granulation (RMG, FBD, AGC, GEA), Compression (GEA, Sejong), Coating (NEOCOTA), Capsule Filling (Bosch, MG2), Blister Packing (CAM/IMA/ACG), and Bottle Packing (CVC, Optel).
- Supervise production lines including Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Packing (Blister/Bottle).
- Ensure good verbal and written English communication.
- Hands-on experience in operating Washing and Depyrogenation Tunnel systems.
- Supervise Manufacturing and Aseptic Filling lines.
- Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Post II
Operators & Supervisors – Production (Injectables)
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Qualification: I.T.I/Diploma / B. Sc./B. Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities:
• Hands-on experience in operating Washing and Depyrogenation Tunnel systems.
• Proven ability to supervise Manufacturing and Aseptic Filling lines.
• Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
