BPharm Job Description:
As a Senior Executive in Manufacturing QMS, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production activities comply with cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). You will prepare, review, and maintain essential manufacturing documents, support deviation and CAPA processes, and ensure continuous compliance across all production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain self-hygiene and ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and departmental discipline.
- Prepare and review master documents, protocols, and production reports as per regulatory and company standards.
- Manage Exhibit batch documents such as BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPRs (Batch Packaging Records).
- Handle change control, deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and investigations.
- Train technicians, operators, and team members within the department on QMS and documentation procedures.
- Support additional activities as guided by the Head of Department (HOD).
- Attend mandatory training sessions as per the Training Schedule and TNI (Training Need Identification).
- Review and maintain all Exhibit batch-related documentation accurately and on time.
