Sun Pharma Laboratories Ltd. is hiring a Senior Officer for its Production team at the Sikkim II – Plant, specializing in the Granulation area. This BPharm Job is ideal for a B.Pharm graduate with 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The Officer will be responsible for executing and supervising production activities, ensuring online checking of in-process parameters, and managing critical QMS documents like Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA. The position demands strict adherence to cGMP and GDP principles and high proficiency in production troubleshooting and documentation.

Responsibilities of the Sun Pharma Job

1. To execute/supervise Production activities machine wise at Granulation area.
2. Online checking of In-process parameters and completion of the Log book and BMR of Granulation area.
3. Handling of change Control, Deviation, CAPA, Product Quality Complaint Investigation and other QMS related documents in Production.
4. To check and make availability of machine as per Preventive Maintenance schedule.
5. Co-ordination with IPQA/QC/Engineering/IT and MSTG department for smooth functioning of Production activities.
6. Handling of SAP and Track wise related work in Production.
7. To fill documentation as per GDP and maintain data integrity in Production area.
8. To fill documentation as per cGMP practice in Production area.
9. To do and review calibration/verification of balances in Production area.
10. Proper shift hand-over to the next shift officers to fulfill the production monthly target.
11. To fulfill daily production target and report.
12. Man Power allocation and utilization in the Granulation area.
13. Implementation of best practices on shop floor.
14. To imparting various training to officers and workers on GMP, SOPs, GDP AND EHS.
15. To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues /subordinates /workman.
16. To handle and solve day to day issues and problem related to product and productivity.
17. To investigate the deviation.
18. To implement the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance.
19. To report any deviation and abnormality of any type to seniors/ HOD.
20. To implement the kaizen on the shop floor and to provide a target kaizen on a monthly basis.
21. To participate in PACE, ASPIRE, and other process improvement activities.
22. Other work assigned by the Department Head.

B. Pharm

Experience

2 -5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
