Dr. Reddy’s Biologics Hiring – Job Description
We are seeking passionate professionals to join Dr. Reddy’s Biologics in Bangalore. The roles involve working in Drug Product (Sterile/Injectable) operations, instrumentation and automation, and Drug Substance Manufacturing. Candidates will contribute to critical areas, including vial filling, washing, sterilization, handling of biopharma equipment, GMP compliance, and advanced automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage sterile injectable processes, including vial filling, washing, tunneling, VHP, PFS, autoclaving, and isolator systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot QMS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI programs.
- Work with automation platforms such as ABB 800xA, Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, and SCADA systems.
- Handle biopharma equipment, including bioreactors, TFF, and ATF systems.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, QMS, and MES standards in sterile operations.
- Lead or support teams in Drug Product and Drug Substance functions depending on role level (TM/TL).

Education: Diploma, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharm
Experience and Skills
- Experience: 3 – 10 years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biologics industries
- Strong knowledge of sterile operations, automation systems, and GMP environments
