Job Description:
Perform sampling, execute and document the analysis of raw materials, packing materials, and products assigned for testing. Complete all stability studies to ensure compliance with quality parameters and predefined specifications/standards, and meet SRB targets.
Key Responsibilities At Cipla Careers:
- Conduct chromatographic and other analytical tests on assigned samples using calibrated instruments and valid procedures.
- Perform analysis for release of RM, PM, FP, and water, along with process/cleaning validation.
- Carry out stability sample analysis accurately and review results against specifications.
- Validate and review TDS printed through LIMS before batch release.
- Follow approved procedures and safety norms while collecting samples and performing tests.
- Document all activities correctly using standard templates and maintain system integrity via CipDox.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, cleanliness, and perform calibration/qualification as per SOPs.
- Suggest improvements for cost-saving, process automation, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications Required For Cipla Careers:
- B.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Pharm.
- 0-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control function.
Key Interactions
- Unit Planning for daily release of RM, PM, and FP
- Site QC for essential analyses
- CDC for specification changes
- Unit QA for non-conformances
- Stores for inventory management
- Service Engineers for instrument maintenance
Dimensions & Targets:
- Release 3-4 FP batches and perform 3-4 RM analyses daily
- Conduct 10 stability studies as scheduled
- Maintain non-conformance rate below 1.5% and resolve OOS/OOT within 7 working days
