Key Responsibilities for this Clinical Job
- Be an expert on the aesthetic and clinical uses of Botulinum toxin, Biostimulators, and Hyaluronic acid products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of own and competitor products through continuous review
- Understand customer needs and formulate an educational journey plan for each customer
- Formulate educational journey plans for key accounts and align with the Clinical Education Training Lead
- Work with Clinical Education Training Leads to determine customer clinical needs
- Ensuring alignment between the Global Customer Education & Training team and Affiliates is essential for this Clinical Job role
- Ensure compliance with Global and Local Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal requirements
- Plan and execute training events across the country
- Develop country training plans with execution and follow-up
- Create agendas and manage speaker selection, briefings, and onsite support
- Track activities and follow up on training outcomes
- Leverage best practices across the region
- Support product launches in collaboration with local and global teams
- Assimilate and apply new job-related information promptly
- Be receptive to feedback from internal and external stakeholders
Skills Required for this Clinical Job
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in aesthetic sales or a similar clinical facilitator role
- Previous clinical practice in aesthetics preferred
- Previous employment in an international pharmaceutical company for 3–5 years
- Experience in field-based, customer-facing roles and training events
- Ability to create tailored, value-added solutions for customers
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic industry trends
- Experience in scientific information compilation, analysis, and dissemination
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and cultures
