Educational Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Fluency in English
- Previous clinical practice in aesthetics (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a clinical expert for Botulinum toxin, Biostimulators, and Hyaluronic Acid products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Galderma and competitor aesthetic portfolios
- Understand customer needs and design personalized educational journey plans
- Collaborate with Clinical Education Training Leads to deliver effective training
- Plan, execute, and follow up on country-level clinical education and training programs
- Ensure alignment with Global and Local Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal requirements
- Organize training agendas, speaker selection, briefings, and onsite support
- Track training outcomes and leverage best practices across the region
- Support aesthetic product launches and execute launch education strategies
- Assimilate new clinical and product information and apply it effectively
- Collect feedback and continuously improve education initiatives
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic medicine and facial anatomy
- Experience in aesthetic sales or clinical education roles
- Ability to conduct customer-facing education and training events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Scientific data analysis and dissemination capability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a global organization
