    Educational Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field

      • Pharmacy

      • Pharmacology

    • Proficient English communication skills

    Key Responsibilities

    • Determine appropriate action plans for incoming safety-related calls
    • Collect, process, and track adverse events and serious adverse events
    • Handle safety cases from clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance
    • Write detailed and accurate safety narratives
    • Generate and report various safety-related data
    • Collaborate with internal departments and clinical research sites
    • Ensure compliance with global and local safety reporting requirements

    Skills Required

    • Knowledge of clinical safety and pharmacovigilance processes
    • Familiarity with medical terminology
    • Experience in clinical research, case processing, or post-marketing PV (preferred)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
