Key Responsibilities
- Determine appropriate action plans for incoming safety-related calls
- Collect, process, and track adverse events and serious adverse events
- Handle safety cases from clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance
- Write detailed and accurate safety narratives
- Generate and report various safety-related data
- Collaborate with internal departments and clinical research sites
- Ensure compliance with global and local safety reporting requirements
Skills Required
- Knowledge of clinical safety and pharmacovigilance processes
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience in clinical research, case processing, or post-marketing PV (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
