Job Description:
This role offers an opportunity to support high-quality clinical trials at Sun Pharma. As part of the clinical operations team, you will assist in site feasibility, document management, investigator coordination, GCP-compliant monitoring, and collaboration with in-house teams and CROs.
Key Responsibilities At Sun Pharma Careers
- Perform site feasibility, identify potential investigators, negotiate budgets, finalize investigators and sites, and execute CDA and study contracts.
- Prepare and submit study documents for EC approval across centers.
- Oversee and document IP dispensing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out with accurate reporting.
- Conduct investigator and site personnel training on study protocol, procedures, and GCP.
- Support recruitment, data entry, source data verification, and query resolution.
- Ensure compliance in reporting SAEs, SUSARs, and safety communications per regulations and PV policies.
- Identify risks, conduct analysis, and implement CAPA for underperforming sites.
- Coordinate with in-house teams or CRO partners for data management, statistical analysis, reporting, and DBL.
Qualifications For Sun Pharma Careers
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health) or a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
- Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Research.
