Key Responsibilities
- Perform site feasibility and identify potential investigators
- Negotiate study budgets and finalize investigators and sites
- Prepare and submit study documents for EC permissions
- Oversee IP dispensing, inventory management, and reconciliation
- Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities
- Train investigators and site personnel on protocols and GCP principles
- Support participant recruitment, data entry, and query resolution
- Ensure timely SAE and SUSAR reporting aligned with regulations
- Conduct risk identification and implement CAPA plans
- Coordinate with CROs for data management and statistical analysis
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
- Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (preferred)
Skills Required
- Knowledge of GCP practices and clinical trial regulations
- Expertise in Phase III and Phase IV clinical trials
- Strong site management and monitoring skills
- Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
