Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining clinical trial documents, including protocols, ICFs, CRFs, and study reports
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper-based study files
- Support regulatory submissions to ethics committees and authorities
- Ensure compliance with GCP and local regulatory requirements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage administrative tasks
- Track site invoices, payments, and vendor code generation
Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Basic understanding of clinical trial phases and study lifecycle
- TMF and regulatory document management skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict timelines
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and clinical databases
- Effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
