    Educational Requirements

    • Master’s Degree in Pharmacology

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits as per SOPs, GCP, and regulatory guidelines
    • Manage assigned clinical trial sites, protocols, and therapeutic areas
    • Complete required SOP, protocol, and therapeutic area training
    • Deliver protocol-related training to sites and maintain ongoing site communication
    • Ensuring quality and integrity of clinical trials at the site level is essential for this Clinical Research Job role
    • Identify, investigate, and escalate quality issues and support CAPA implementation
    • Track regulatory submissions, Ethics Committee approvals, subject recruitment, CRF completion, and query resolution
    • Prepare and maintain monitoring visit reports, follow-up letters, and essential study documentation
    • Support the Clinical Project Manager in study tool and process development
    • Ensure timely submission of project-specific timesheets
    • Coordinate with internal project teams and support project-level activities
    • Assist and delegate selected Clinical Project Manager responsibilities when required

    Technical / Functional Skills for Clinical Research Job Role

    • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and Indian regulatory guidelines
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Understanding of SOP development and implementation
    • Experience in handling internal and external audits
    • Hands-on experience in core clinical research activities

    Behavioral Skills

    • Proficiency in English (reading and writing) is required for this Clinical Research Job role
    • Strong stress management and problem-solving skills
