Job Description
The Scientific Writer will develop high-quality medical and publication content for therapeutic areas, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals. You will manage end-to-end content creation, from drafting to approvals, while building expertise in assigned therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain effective relationships with medical scientific community stakeholders.
- Interact with healthcare professionals on publication content.
- Support fellow writers in knowledge sharing and skill development
- Deliver medical education materials such as slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts on time and with high quality.
- Provide strategic support to individuals and institutions for publication purposes.
- Develop complex publication and medical education materials.
- Support medical communication and build subject matter expertise.
- Conduct publication-need analyses and implement publication plans.
- Collaborate with regional vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Improve content and delivery based on end-user feedback.
- Work closely with scientific communication teams to identify publication needs.
- Liaise with Product Managers, MSLs, and medical departments to prepare relevant deliverables.
Educational Qualification
M Pharmacy
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of content creation experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or academia.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork capabilities.
- Familiarity with therapeutic areas, publication submission processes, and project management is desirable.
