The Epidemiology Research Associate 2 role involves organizing and managing research projects, contributing to study protocols, attending project meetings, and ensuring scientific rigor across real-world evidence studies. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing epidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology methods for real-world studies.
- Support senior researchers in ongoing scientific initiatives.
- Conduct critical and systematic literature reviews and prepare summaries.
- Contribute to scientific abstracts, manuscripts, slide decks, and conference posters.
- Draft key sections of study protocols and client-facing documents.
- Organize and manage real-world research projects efficiently.
- Review statistical analysis plans and outputs, providing epidemiological insights.
- Support CRF/eCRF development, data mapping, and regulatory documentation.
- Join client-facing project meetings as a recognized team member.
- Perform statistical analyses when required.

Qualifications For Clinical Research Jobs
- Master’s degree in Epidemiology, Pharmacoepidemiology, Public Health, or Pharmacy with an epidemiology specialization; 1+ year of relevant experience required.
- Ph.D. preferred.
- Strong methodological training in epidemiology or real-world evidence fields.
- Excellent oral/written communication; medical writing experience beneficial.
- Ability to work in global, matrixed teams.
- Exceptional detail orientation and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; ability to interpret SAS/R outputs.
