Key Responsibilities for an Executive Job
- Follow safety rules and company norms within aseptic processing areas
- Maintain BMRs and logbooks in compliance with cGMP and SOPs
- Prepare and periodically revise SOPs related to aseptic processing
- Monitor differential pressure, relative humidity, and temperature in aseptic areas
- Perform in-process checks during filling operations
- Coordinating aseptic area cleaning, fogging, and environmental monitoring (viable) is essential for this Executive Job
- Operate and clean CIP, SIP, and heating–cooling skids
- Ensure equipment and change parts cleaning, autoclaving, and storage as per procedures
- Operate filling machines, rubber stoppering, sealing machines, isolators, pass boxes, glove integrity testers, and VHP systems
- Execute filling, stoppering, lyophilization, and sealing as per SOPs and BMRs
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, HR, and Administration
- Support calibrations and validations in coordination with Engineering and QA
Skills Required for an Executive Job
- Strong knowledge of aseptic processing and sterile filling operations
- Hands-on experience with CIP/SIP systems and filling line equipment
- Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in environmental monitoring and in-process checks
- Good documentation practices and audit readiness
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills
