Educational Requirements
- B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Relevant experience in aseptic injectable manufacturing operations
Key Responsibilities
- Follow safety rules as per company norms
- Maintain BMRs and other logbooks in aseptic processing areas
- Prepare and periodically revise SOPs related to aseptic operations
- Monitor differential pressure, RH, and temperature in aseptic areas
- Perform in-process checks during filling operations
- Ensure aseptic area cleaning and fogging, coordinating with engineering
- Operate and clean heating/cooling skid, CIP & SIP systems
- Conduct viable environmental monitoring in aseptic areas
- Complete SOP and on-the-job training as scheduled
- Ensure equipment CIP/SIP cleaning before and after batch processing
- Clean, store, and prepare aseptic processing equipment for change parts
- Coordinate with QA, QC, warehouse, engineering, HR, and admin
- Ensure timely calibrations and validations in coordination with QA/Engineering
- Operate and clean filling machines, stoppering and sealing machines, isolators, pass boxes, glove cleaning, integrity testers, and VHP
- Perform filling, stoppering, lyophilization, and sealing as per SOP and BMR
- Follow HOD instructions for activities outside defined responsibilities
