Educational Requirements
- M. Pharm
- B. Pharm
- 3–7 years of experience in injectable manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production documentation, including BMRs, BPRs, and master SOPs
- Prepare, review, and control production master documents
- Ensure UAF functionality in the assigned area
- Handle change control, deviations, investigations, and CAPA activities
- Train technicians, operators, and subordinates as per TNI
- Perform line clearance activities before operations
- Review records and logbooks for aseptic manufacturing and vial filling/sealing
- Implement and control SOPs for sterile manufacturing
- Ensure cleaning and sanitization of general, controlled, and aseptic areas
- Monitor aseptic, controlled, and general area activities
- Ensure qualification and calibration status of equipment and instruments
- Follow cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, and company discipline

- Filling, stoppering, and sealing – Expert
- Equipment operation & cleaning (CIP/SIP) – Proficient
- Dispensing, mixing, washing – Proficient
- Sterilization through autoclave – Proficient
- Decartoning – Expert
- Terminal sterilization – Proficient
- Batch documentation and record review – Proficient
- GMP compliance – Proficient
- Cleaning & line clearance – Beginner
- People management & team leadership – Beginner
