Educational Requirements for Executive Job Role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or packaging in a GMP-compliant facility.
Key Responsibilities for Executive Job Role:
- Supervise manufacturing, processing, packaging, and holding of drug products for stability and commercial batches.
- Maintain all equipment and areas as per cGMP standards.
- Ensure online documentation and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Conduct training for operators on SOPs for operation and cleaning.
- Coordinate for IQ/OQ/PQ of equipment and systems.
- Review and execute Batch Manufacturing and Packaging Records (BMR/BPR).
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to departmental procedures.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the HOD.
Skills Required for Executive Job Role:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical. compression and production operations.
- Understanding of GMP, equipment qualification, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and ensure compliance in fast-paced manufacturing setups.
