Key Responsibilities for Executive Job Role:
- Responsible for document management like BMR’s, BPR’s, master SOP’s, etc.
- Preparation & review of master production documents.
- Ensure UAF working in the area.
- Handle change control, deviations, investigation & CAPA.
- Provide training to subordinates, technicians and operators.
- Perform additional activities as assigned by HOD.
- Conduct line clearance activities before starting operations.
- Verify records and logbooks related to aseptic manufacturing, vial filling and sealing.
- Prepare, review, revise, and implement SOPs of the sterile manufacturing department.
- Ensure cleaning and sanitization of General, Controlled & Aseptic areas.
- Immediately report any observation/disturbance in documents or machines.
- Monitor activities in General, Controlled & Aseptic areas.
- Ensure qualification and calibration of equipment and instruments.
- Ensure timely execution of scheduled area/equipment/instrument activities.
- Attend training as per schedule and work as per TNI.
- Follow cGMP, Good Documentation Practice and maintain discipline within the premises.
