Key Responsibilities
- Resource and time management, allocating activities to operators and manpower.
- Maintain discipline and adherence to certified standing orders.
- Ensure scheduled activities are completed within standard time and prioritized for continuous workflow.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate vital manufacturing information.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, BMR, logbooks, and quality standards.
- Production planning and scheduling, monitoring WIP levels and SAP postings.
- Implement process excellence projects to improve cost, yield, and productivity.
- Train subordinates on SOPs, GMP/HSE systems, and product transfer documentation.
- Ensure HSE compliance and continuous improvement, conduct safety meetings.
- Coordinate new product introductions/transfers (Validation), execute pilot/engineering/commercial batches, and prepare validation reports.
- Manage quality compliance activities, including deviation, OOS/OOT investigations, CAPA implementation, SOP revisions, change control, and audit readiness.
- Assist in equipment qualification and ensure GMP compliance.
Educational Requirements

B. Pharm or equivalent.
Skills Required
- Experience: 1–3 years in tablet manufacturing.
- Technical skills: Granulation, dispensing, compression, audit exposure, validation, and process improvement.
- Soft skills: MS Word, Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, presentation skills.
- Language: Must be proficient in English (written and spoken).
