Educational Requirements for Executive Job Role:

M.Pharm in a relevant pharmaceutical discipline
Key Responsibilities for Executive Job Role:
- Conduct literature search, product understanding, and data interpretation for development products.
- Design primary product strategy and prepare product strategy documents for discussion with group leaders/team leaders.
- Plan and execute product development activities to achieve the desired product profile and compile data.
- Execute and evaluate formulation optimization and process optimization trials along with data compilation.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks and support documentation of controlled documents; compile development data.
- Execute scale-up, exhibit batches, characterization batches, process validation batches, and commercial batches at manufacturing sites.
- Prepare documents required for seamless scale-up and exhibit batch execution, including specifications justification, QbD elements, and MFC.
- Flexibility to work across multiple markets: India, US, OAM, and Emerging Markets (EM).
