Educational Requirements for Executive Job Role:

M. Pharm or equivalent qualification in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Experience Required for Executive Job Role:

1–5 years of experience in formulation research and development, preferably in non-oral dosage forms.
Key Responsibilities for Executive Job Role:
- Design and conduct preformulation and formulation optimization experiments for microspheres and long-acting non-oral dosage forms using QbD approaches.
- Execute experiments based on Design of Experiments (DoE) principles.
- Conduct literature searches, research insights, prepare summary reports, and review data for ANDA projects.
- Draft development protocols, regulatory reports, and documentation in eLNB/METIS software.
- Interpret results using MINITAB and prepare technology transfer documents, including MF and risk assessments.
- Support scale-up and exhibit batches at the plant and prepare scale-up summary reports.
- Prepare stability protocols, pre-ANDA packages, and scientific justifications for regulatory submissions.
- Develop and review SOPs for lab equipment and participate in equipment qualification activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance for project execution.
Skills Required for Executive Job Role:
- Strong knowledge of formulation development and QbD principles.
- Hands-on experience with non-oral dosage forms (microspheres, implants, gels).
- Proficiency with software such as MINITAB, eLNB, and METIS.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
