Key Responsibilities for an Executive Job
- Work in accordance with cGMP requirements and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Develop analytical methods for Extractable and Leachable (E&L) compounds.
- Perform method validation and verification for E&L-related analytical techniques.
- Execute extractable and leachable studies for various packaging materials using GC/GC-MS, HPLC/LC-MS, ICP/ICP-MS, IR, UV, and other relevant techniques.
- Perform identification, investigation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Conduct chemical analysis including extraction, refluxing, residue on ignition, centrifugation, and evaporation.
- Prepare study templates, E&L study reports, and analytical method validation and verification reports and protocols.
Skills Required for an Executive Job
- Strong knowledge of analytical development and cGMP compliance
- Hands-on experience with extractables and leachables studies
- Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques (GC, HPLC, LC-MS, ICP-MS, IR, UV)
