Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate analytical queries received from regulatory agencies for US/OAM/EM markets
- Ensure timely responses from Analytical to the Regulatory team
- Revise specifications and STPs related to regulatory query responses
- Review pharmacopoeial updates from IP, USP, BP, and EP
- Share gap assessments for changes appearing in pharmacopoeias
- Evaluate pharmacopoeial changes and revise corresponding specifications and STPs
- Manage review and release of excipient specifications and STPs for new development, LCM, and filing projects
- Provide analytical support by preparing specifications and standard test procedures for new drug products, APIs, vendor additions, lifecycle updates, and pharmacopoeial updates
- Review vendor documents for outsourced APIs
- Track multiple review and approval tasks with stakeholders to ensure timely release
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of analytical development and regulatory compliance
- Experience with pharmacopoeial standards and updates
- Ability to prepare and revise specifications and STPs
- Coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teams
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently
