Introduction of the Job
Sun Pharma’s R&D team in Baroda is seeking for this role to support method development, validation, extractable & leachable studies, and analytical operations across multiple advanced techniques. The Executive Job role aligns with Sun Pharma’s core values of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
Job Details for Executive Job Role:
- Work according to cGMP and ensure compliance requirements.
- Develop analytical methods for extractable and leachable compounds.
- Perform method validation and verification for E&L activities using GC/GC-MS, HPLC/LC-MS, ICP/ICP-MS, IR, UV, and related techniques.
- Conduct extractable & leachable studies for packaging materials.
- Carry out chemical analyses including extraction, refluxing, ROI, centrifuging, and evaporation.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and investigate analytical issues.
- Prepare study templates, E&L reports, method validation/verification reports, and protocols.
- Travel requirement: Not applicable.

Experience Requirements for Executive Job Role:

2 to 4 years of experience in analytical development, extractables & leachables, or related R&D functions.

- Ensure cGMP compliance in analytical operations
- E&L method development
- Method data validation & verification
- Conducting extractable & leachable studies
- Advanced analytical instrumentation handling (GC, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS, ICP-MS, IR, UV, etc.)
