Educational Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical, Device, Healthcare, or Banking sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Support the India Business Compliance team in implementing policies, guidelines, and compliance programs.
- Assist Compliance Head and IBC in execution and monitoring of compliance activities.
- Act as local administrator for compliance automation tools and manual processes.
- Gather and analyze data for compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate document requests, procedure updates, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Provide project management support for obligation management activities.
- Prepare compliance reports, analysis, and MIS on a periodic basis.
- Assist in addressing compliance issues and coordinating corrective actions.
- Maintain regular communication with the Head of Compliance on progress and findings.
- Support design, development, and delivery of compliance training programs and materials.
- Manage training logistics, records, and assist in workshops or learning sessions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in compliance and employee development.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and governance processes.
- Project management and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
