- Execute monthly production schedules with consistent quality
- Work across granulation, compression, coating, and packing areas
- Ensure adherence to Regulatory, GQS, HSE guidelines
- Perform SAP-related tasks
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Lead and supervise contract staff, FTC & operators
- Support validation, documentation, and ISO 14001 compliance
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Quality & Packaging teams
