Educational Requirements

B. Pharm or M. Pharm from a reputed university

2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and primary & secondary packing

Exposure to Granulation, Compression, and Coating operations
Key Responsibilities
- Implement monthly production schedules with consistent quality and optimal cycle time
- Perform production activities to achieve 100% customer service targets
- Execute SAP-related production transactions and documentation
- Handle shift teams, including contractual staff, FTCs, and operators
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and packing-related issues in allocated areas
- Ensure compliance with GQS, HSE, ISO 14001, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain documentation related to process validation and qualification
- Coordinate with Engineering for preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and Packaging departments for smooth operations
- Monitoring and improving product yield through continuous improvement initiatives is required for this Executive Job role
- Train operational staff on GMP, Data Integrity, HSE, ISO requirements, and process improvements
- Identify unsafe conditions and ensure plant safety compliance
- Maintain plant assets and ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Work across shifts and allocated production areas as required
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing operations
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems
- Knowledge of GMP, Data Integrity, HSE, and ISO 14001 standards
- Team handling and shift management skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Yield improvement and process optimization mindset
