Educational Requirements for Executive Job Role

M.Pharm / B.Pharm from a reputed university

1 to 4 years of experience in:

Primary and secondary packing

Granulation, compression, and coating

Key Responsibilities
- Implement monthly production schedules with consistent quality
- Conduct production activities to achieve 100% customer service
- Perform SAP-related tasks as needed
- Handling teams including contractual staff, FTCs, and operators is essential for this Executive Job role
- Troubleshoot issues in assigned areas
- Ensure adherence to ISO 14001, GQS, HSE guidelines
- Maintain documentation for validation and compliance
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Quality, and Packaging departments
- Monitor yield and drive continuous improvement
- Train operational staff on GMP, Data Integrity, HSE, and process enhancements
- Execute assignments, qualifications, and validations as instructed
- Identify unsafe conditions and report hazards
- Maintain plant assets and optimize resource use
- Work in shifts and in allocated production areas
