Job Description
- Receipt of Raw and Packaging Materials.
- Storage of Raw Material and Packaging Material as per the temperature conditions.
- Issuance of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials to the Production department.
- Dispatch of Finished Goods, Domestic as well as Export.
- Handling of Rejected and Expired Materials.
- Handling of rejection returns to the vendors.
- Periodical stock checking activity.
- Online recording of the GMP documents following the Good Documentation Practices.
- Preferably, experience of GMP Audits like USFDA and MHRA.
- Handling of Quality Management Tools.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with all stakeholders.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of raw materials/ non-raw materials to ensure a continuous material supply to meet production requirements.
- Performance through agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Graduate / Post-graduate in science and having 2 to 5 Years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical / Chemical / API industry is required for the Pharma Job
