Key Responsibilities
- Supervise compliance with all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.
- Complete self-training and monitor training of team members on the relevant SOPs.
- Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to Managers.
- Execute and supervise all tasks and activities as per the applicable SOPs.
- Responsible for completing the assigned training, applicable to the workgroup “QA – Document review -GOA” in the L2LMS (SABA).
- Preparation/Revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Handling of customer requirements/notifications.
- Handling of Market complaints, OOS, CAPA, change controls, and deviations.
- Investigation and closure of Market Complaints, ADE’s, OOS, Failures, and Deviations.
- Trending of Market complaints and OOS.
- Preparation/compilation of Monthly reports.
- To comply current EHS Management Systems of the Site.
- To comply with all EHS Rules, Procedures, Guidelines, Policy, Practices, Requirements & Applicable Legal Compliances.
- To carry out all assigned jobs in Safe Manner.
- Ensure controls are effectively in place for High Risk Activities / Significant Environmental Aspect & Impact.
- Ensure continual improvement in EHS performance.
- Reporting of the incident immediately to the respective HOD, EHS HOD. If any.
- Assemble at the Emergency Assembly Point during an emergency.
Qualification
Education
- Graduation in Pharmacy
Work Experience
- 3 to 6 years of experience.
